try a doctor cox from scrubs style reply, excessive use of the word there, refer to someone as gladys, elongate some vowels, should do the trick.

Well there gladis, i see that you re-heally have taken a complete running jump at the line of appropriatness, haven-jya. I mean for god sake there betty, ive been racking my brains trying to come up with a way to do something about this, at first i thought leave it,, but then I thought, that's not grand enough a gesture; so I printed a giant copy of it and invited the neighborhood kids to set fire to it and beat it with sticks.

I love this moment so much, I want to have sex with it.
