go on the cage, save the world

Watched Michael Moore's Sicko over the weekend, very good film, am very glad i don't live in the USA or have never gotten sick anytime i've visited there, fairly shocking stuff what goes on over there.

Watched Control there last Friday night, story of Ian Curtis the singer of Joy Divison, good film but a bit depressing, not one to watch after a shite day in work or when you're in bad form.

Roll on Semi Pro, been running low on Will Ferrell lately

was in a ball with a cold over the weekend so i caught up on some film watching to keep myself occupied, ended up watching:

The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring (DVD Friday night), Into The Wild and Superbad (DVDs on Saturday night) and went to see No Country For Old Men in the cinema on Sunday night.

All different films but all class in my book. No Country for Old Men and Into The Wild are two of the best films I've seen in a long while.

As for Superbad, gotta love Mc Lovin'

went to see Gone Baby Gone last night.

A good drama with a few interesting twists and things to make you think what would you do in a similar situation

Bought AVP-Requiem the other day in Zavvy in Kilkenny. Watched it the other night. Scutter. Utter Scutter. Man, such a good idea, made a complete bollox of. And some of the scenes are a bit much even for an Aliens movie.

went to see the dark knight last night, great film, one of the few films lately that has had loads of hype around it and actually lived up to it.
