Safety first my arse, ive gone and done it.
Ive made a few wallpapers for mobile phones. If ya want them on your phone wou need a phone that has a color screen, and has wap/gprs capabilities. After that, you need a bit of a clue about your phone.
go to your WAP/GPRS settings and find where you can type in an address to go to. then type in the address of the picture under the one you want (if the http:// bit is already there dont repeat it)
Hopefully your phone will go off and come back with and Image Found type thing and have options to save/view etc. Pic save, then go and set it as your wallpaper, easy peesy.
